Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At STAIRCASETOSTARDOM, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policies before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
- Cancellations after processing or shipment are not possible.
- A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 applies.
2. Returns
- 30 days from purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.
- Documentation such as photos or videos is required.
- Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed but return shipping costs apply.
4. Exchanges
- Carrier-related delivery failures: replacement shipped at no extra cost.
- Incorrect customer-provided info: replacement cost borne by the customer.
5. Limitations
- No refunds for pre-orders, custom items, lost/stolen packages, or delays caused by customer errors or force majeure.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
